I’m hosting a workshop on Thursday, 6/2 at 6:30pm PT to write your own custom affirmations.
Affirmations are powerful statements that help us feel centered and grounded.
Affirmations can be used alone or in combination with other self care, mindfulness practices.
My plan is to hold a safe place for us to come together and create custom affirmations that are individualized for each person’s unique needs.
What we’ll cover:
- Opening Meditation
- How to write your own affirmations
- Examples: I’ll show you a few of mine
- Time to write your own & ask questions
- Wrap up, thoughts on using affirmations (when, how, etc)
My goal with Motherhood, Inspired is to always support moms as best as I possibly can. I have faith that this workshop will beneficial to everyone who shows up and is open to receiving support.
This is going to be a very special time.
